Part of the original cast, Hat is obsessive stalker. He is inimical to any woman who interacts with and is willing to dispose of them.

Appearance

Hat is almost always wearing fully black clothing, typically a hoodie and pleated short skirt. He also wears a big top hat with a large feather attached to the ribbon edge. His stripped high knee socks are usually not aligned. This is to give the character better readability, especially in motion. Stripes

Personality

Early Depictions

As seen in his first animation appearance, Absolute Territory, Hat was more trigger-happy. This continued on in later videos where he had no problem murdering unsuspecting victims in from of Chicken Man.

Later Depictions

In TWOLH, Hat starts aimless and indifferent to the world around him. Hats morale only got better upon meeting Chicken Man and he then gets employed in a Pizza Shop.

His reality shatters once introduced with Chicken Man's partner, Dove. This causes him to attempt his very first murder, which he later feels remorse after locking her unconscious body in the Pizza Shop's storage room. This guilt lingers with him throughout Double Dawn.
