Part of the original cast, Fluffy is a high school student living with Hat and Pluto. She doesn’t play much of an active role in the story. Usually just asking Hat to get her stuff.
She gets bullied often which is seemingly the reason why she ended up befriending Fang.

Personality
Fluffy is extremely apathetic of the things around her. She often seen lazing around, reading books and sleeping. Although quite intelligent she has been held back in class due to her inconsistent attendance.
Despite Hat's attempts to conceal it, Fluffy is aware of his behavior but just doesn't care.
